3DS Technologies ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our quote tool and related services.

Information We Collect

When you request a quote, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, and project details (facility type, square footage, location). This information is used solely to generate and deliver your quote.

Mobile Number & SMS Verification

If you choose SMS verification, we use your mobile number to send a one-time verification code so we can confirm the number belongs to you. We use Twilio, our SMS service provider, to deliver these messages.

  • We do not share, sell, rent, or lease your mobile number to any third party for marketing or any other purpose.
  • Your mobile number is used exclusively for verification of your quote request and for direct follow-up by 3DS Technologies regarding your project.
  • Twilio may process your number as part of delivering the SMS, in accordance with their privacy policy.

Message Frequency

You will receive approximately 1–3 SMS messages per quote request: one verification code, and optionally follow-up messages regarding your project if you do not complete the booking. We will not send recurring promotional messages to your mobile number.

Message & Data Rates May Apply

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier may apply to SMS messages sent to your device. You are responsible for any such charges.

Opt-Out / Unsubscribe

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out does not prevent us from contacting you via email or phone regarding an active project.

How We Use Your Information

  • To generate and deliver project quotes to you.
  • To follow up regarding your quote or booking (email, phone, or SMS).
  • To sync quote data with our CRM (HubSpot) for internal sales tracking.
  • To improve our services and internal analytics.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information using industry-standard security practices. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
