These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 3DS Technologies quote tool and any quotes generated through it. By submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms.
All quotes generated through this tool are system-generated estimates only and are not a binding offer or contract. Every quote must be reviewed and confirmed by 3DS Technologies before final booking. Final pricing may change based on site conditions, scope changes, or other factors identified during project review.
You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information, including your name, company, email address, phone number, and project details. You acknowledge that the contact information you provide is valid and belongs to you.
To prevent fraud and ensure accurate delivery of quotes, we require verification of your email or mobile number. If you choose SMS verification, you consent to receiving SMS messages from 3DS Technologies via our service provider (Twilio). Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking. Deposits may be paid online via Stripe or by submitting a Purchase Order. The balance is due Net 30 after delivery of the completed work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has been scheduled, except at the sole discretion of 3DS Technologies.
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of generation unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change after the validity period.
Applicable taxes (including HST, GST, or sales tax depending on jurisdiction) are added to all quotes. Our HST registration number is 763127115.
3DS Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the quote tool or reliance on a system-generated estimate. Our total liability for any claim related to a quote shall not exceed the value of services actually rendered.
All content, branding, and deliverables provided by 3DS Technologies remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Deliverables are licensed for your internal project use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the quote tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
